Hi! I have been  in the district for 15 years.  I have bee always been in food service. For the last two years I have served as the kitchen manager.

Here at Eisenhower Elementary,  my staff of nine, cook for five elementary schools.  We serve Eisenhower, Sheridan, Lincoln, Franklin, and Milford.  In addition to the elementary schools, we prepare the main dish and several items for the snack bar for the Senior High School. 

Three of the cooks go from here and then to the high school to serve at the snack bar.  Another one of our cooks transports the food the Milford Elementary and serves there. 

All meals are transported in hot and cold carts to the different schools by trucks.  On average we put out approximately 1,100 meals.

On a more personal note, when not busy at school, I’m active in my Church.  I also have six grandchildren that I enjoy as often as I can.  I love watching and going to NASCAR Races, with my husband Don, who has put up with me for over 18 years.
