I am one of the fourth grade teachers here at Eisenhower.  Fourth grade is a fantastic age to be working with.  They are still excited about learning, but are well on their way to becoming young adults.  What a thrill to watch them change over the year.  This is a big year for them to grow not only physically, but emotionally and in responsibility. 

I have worked in many facets of education over the last 30 years.  The last 10, I have been teaching 4^th grade and I wouldn’t want it any other way. 

Thanks for sharing your children with me and allowing me to take them on this great adventure called 4^th grade. This year Mrs. Hartman and I are team teaching.  We are very excited.  I will help the children learn Math, Science and Problem Solving, while she helps them learn Reading, Writing and Social Studies.  We know it is going to be a wonderful year.

I am the proud mother of 3 wonderful grown children.  Your children may mention my daughter helping out in the classroom on occasion.  She spends some of her days off with us.  When not with your children or mine, I enjoy bowling, golf, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
