Dear Parents and Guardians,

What a wonderful group of children I have in my class.  I’m pleased to be your child’s teacher.  I hope to make it an enjoyable one for you and your child.

I grew up in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin with two sisters and one brother.  I graduated with my bachelors from Mankato, Minnesota and my Masters from Trevecca of Nazarene in Nashville, Tennessee.  I have three beautiful daughters and wonderful husband who is in the military.

I have had the joy of teaching for over 10 years in several different states and grades as the military has taken us to many different places.  I’ve taught first, second, third, fourth, fifth, and sixth and now I’m excited to be teaching third grade again this year.  This will be my seventh year teaching third grade.

I invite you to contact me when you feel it is important to do so.  I especially welcome notes from home as well as emails.  If you care to call me at school, I will most likely be unavailable to speak to you, but I will return your call as soon as possible.  If necessary you can always reach me at home.

I am looking forward to a spectacular year with your child.  Together we will make it one of the best for all of us.
